Users can take an image related to a specific event for the product lifecycle.
This image could be of the product at any stage, such as during manufacturing or packaging,
providing a visual record of the event.
After capturing the image, users select the relevant product and the event that this image and log pertain to.
The event is chosen from the previously defined product lifecycle. Users can also add comments or metadata to provide more context.
Once users have captured events and selected the corresponding product, the logs are prepared for publishing.
Event logs are collected and published in batches to the blockchain.
This ensures a tamper-proof, secure, and immutable record of every event that occurred during the product's lifecycle.
Publishing event logs to the blockchain provides several advantages:
- Security: Event logs are secured and cannot be altered once published.
- Transparency: All parties involved can view the event logs, enhancing trust.
- Auditability: The logs can be audited for compliance and quality assurance purposes, ensuring the integrity of the product lifecycle.
